  • We conduct our medical training and movement therapy according to the principles of DNS and PRI methods.

    Our motor skills, posture and movement patterns are formed in the first months of life. Everything that develops during the first year, including any abnormalities, affects our physique and leads to movement restrictions in adulthood – postural faults, back pain, hip pain or neck pain to name but a few. The DNS method involves comparing the stabilization pattern of a healthy child with your pattern. This having established, I can precisely identify the source of your problems – pain, blockages, faults – and prescribe a set of exercises that will help eliminate these issues.

    Our bodies are symmetrical – the heart is gently on the left, the liver on the right and so on. These asymmetries are naturally compensated for to provide the body with straight posture and trigger proper movement. Imbalance caused by breathing disorders or faults in the musculoskeletal and fascial systems developed early in childhood can cause many ailments or diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The PRI method focuses on correcting imbalances in the body related to posture, body composition, and movement patterns. It focuses treatment on the often naturally imbalaced body’s alignment and compensatory movement patterns which can create pain and movement dysfunction over time. In our studio, with the help of individually selected manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, we can help patients eliminate these difficulties.

    Functional diagnostics

    Before you start exercising, we will check exactly where the limitation or cause of pain or disability lies. We will also check what your body is ready for so that you can avoid exercises that could further harm you. Through accurate diagnosis we will make sure that you are on a fast track to making progress and your efforts will not go in vain.

    Medical training

    It is designed to free you from pain and limitations through a carefully selected set of exercises involving various muscle groups. Medical training strengthens the body, corrects any abnormalities of the musculoskeletal system, and thus minimizes the risk of injury, as well as enhances your athletic performance and overall coordination.

    Correction of faulty posture

    Postural faults in both adults and children are rooted in irregularities in development during the first 12 months of life, which, combined with sedentary lifestyle and work, and if left unattended to, can cause a lot of discomfort, pain, and impaired mobility – at any given moment or in the future. We can prevent this with proper therapy that stimulates the patient’s nervous system to induce integrated response from the body.

    Breath correction

    Although it seems improbable, the way we breathe and the work of the diaphragm have a huge impact on our musculoskeletal system and posture. Their malfunction can lead to many ailments, which can be diagnosed and corrected during training sessions.
    We will work on correcting postural faults, eliminating various
    types of pain, and improving the strength and function of the abdominal muscles, which will also translate into the strength and function of the spinal muscles.

    Abdominal muscle distention therapy

    Abdominal muscles perform an important function in maintaining optimal posture, stabilizing the pelvis and lumbar spine.
    They also participate in trunk movements and take part in the breathing process. Their separation occurs especially in women after pregnancy, but also in people who have undergone surgery or who train intensively. During therapy, we work to safely rebuild abdominal muscles and restore their function through individually tailored exercises and manual therapy techniques.

    Orthopedic training and physiotherapy

    Among indications for orthopedic rehabilitation there are all kinds of limb and spinal injuries, sports injuries, congenital and developmental faults or previous orthopedic procedures. During therapy, we work to restore the function of the musculoskeletal system, eliminate faults and pain, and return to fitness.

    Movement therapy

    For people who want to regain fitness and go back to training after injury or trauma. Training is always 100% tailored to the individual situation of a patient. It usually comprises movement therapy, functional training, movement pattern reeducation and muscle rengthening. Among other things, we work on recovery from knee, ankle and shoulder injuries, overload pain in the spine and neck, Achilles tendonitis, jumper's knee, runner's knee, carpal tunnel syndrome.


    For those who do sports and want to improve speed, power, strength, jumping ability, fitness, dynamics, flexibility, endurance or coordination, overcome limitations that prevent them from reaching a level higher.

    Physical therapy

    At Optimove, physical therapy is conducted by an experienced physiotherapist, who combines manual therapy with properly selected mobility exercises. With accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment and workouts, patients are able to achieve long-asting results - eliminating pain and regaining fitness.
