    to mobility and a pain-free life.

    Each of us is different – we have a different range of motion, different capabilities, different strength, conditioning and endurance and, finally, different problems and pains. Therefore, there is no one workout that would be right for everyone, no one-size-fits-all set of exercises that you just need to implement to achieve your goal.

    During your first session we want first of all to get to know you. With the DNS and PRI methods, we are able to determine the source of your problems, locate blockages that cause chronic pain or prevent you from achieving your goals. In addition to this, we will help you find the potential and possibilities of your body. We would also want to know what your goals are, your doubts, what results you want to achieve, or how you feel – emotions play a huge role during training.

    We will diagnose the source of your mobility issues, why you are in pain, where your postural faults and limitations come from. We will tell you what we can do together to improve the condition of your body.

    05. Preparing a training plan.

    We will offer a therapy plan and consult it with you: exercises, possible physical therapy treatments, as well as the frequency and intensity of sessions.

    How to prepare for your first session.

    The first training session is key, because this is the time when we get to know each other. I conduct an interview and functional diagnostics. As I would like you to feel at ease and be fully comfortable, I encourage you to prepare properly for the visit. This will facilitate and streamline the diagnostic process without causing additional stress or embarrassment.

    For the first training session:

    • Arrive 5 minutes before the booked time
    • Bring a sports outfit with you (shorts and a T-shirt)
    • If you have had any trauma, injury – take hospital discharge documentation with you, the Xrays, ultrasounds, MRI, CT scans.
